Am I paranoid enough? Have you thought of the change that he might be innocent and that his ex wife put the child up to it? 23% change. And don't come with the idea that he will have a fair trial (I don't know how much money he has nor do we know his status. If SA passportholder only he cannot get bail and the holding is as bad as in SA. So unless you know that he does not belong to the 23 percent don't its not your case and if I stand correct he is not a microlighter or a positive contribution to this forum.

Hi All

Johnsa, I don't get the point of your post. Nowhere in the wanted poster is any ex-wife mentioned or not that I could see but, accepting the 23% chance that this is the case that means that there is a 77% change that it was not and he is now somewhere between Pietermaritzburg and Durban sexually abusing other 12 year olds. Having a 14 and a 11 year old makes this my case.

As far as him only having a South African passport, having lived and worked in the USA for at least 7 and probably years he is likely to have USA citizenship as well so this is unlikely.

As far as him being innocent is concerned, in the USA a person is innocent until proved guilty although if I was a member if the jury that judges him his fleeing the country would cast serious doubt on his innocence.

If he is innocent then let him return and go through the process.

I agree if the SA Embassy (in case he is SA passportholder only) Pick up the legal bill in case he is proven innocent.

Second in the states you are innocent unless proven otherwise if you have the money or the friends or a lawyer who finds your case interesting. The way people get pressurized in to deals has nothing to do with fair dealings and if you want you can PM me and I will give you a lot of cases where people go for the plee because they don't have the money or support for a fair trail and you have lived there so you have seen all the series like the shield so you can images that innocent unless proven differently is not working a lot of times. BTW the average cop is unfortunately not Horagio of CSI Miami who always finds the evidence of a not guilty guy in the last 3 minutes.

You having kids should also let you see the other side what if you know your son is accused of something and the SAPS is convinced he did it and you are not how would you feel? (Your son 19 now is in a holding sell in Durban  )
