Yes Peter and I are going in the Ikarus.
I know Wackhead and Sakkie are flying together.

You either need a tent or book accomadation see the AvCom events for info.

Was hoping DISH is ready to join us.

Most of the Secunda Flying guys going. I'll see. Have to save my credits for Numbi.

SA Planes will be there, static and flying display!

I am talking to Goga, we will be going in a Harvard if everything pans out

Confirmed, Goga & myself will be flying in with the Harvard on sat morning. We will do a runway inspection according to the regs & we will ensure that our paperwork is totally in order. I'm looking forward to meeting more of the microlight clan.

Would love to join others who are familiar with the area for a Saturday afternoon cruise ( 40 - 90 m/ph) before we break out the anti- freeze.

When last did anyone land at Badplaas?

Hoping to leave Sat sparrows en route FASC - CArolina- BAdplaas Barberton and return Sunday morning via Ermelo if there's anything interesting on the way.

I will be flying in from Rhino Park early Friday morning, will go via Carolina and return Sunday morning. There will also be a Zodiac from Kittyhawk.

Andrew, Wiehan and I are going in Savannas, also planned for Friday Am, but this is our first trip and we were going to follow the N4 till near Machadadorp then route South...

4 more sleeps & I will be polling the Harvard with Goga, I cannot wait. Goga is also getting Barberton koors, he was at Swartkops yesterday polising that big bird.

I do not know many of the microlighters guys & would like to meet the guys who are going.

The flight along the N4 is very boring and ugly.
Try to route to Bronkhorstspruit , Renosterkop , Loskopdam then Machadodorp or Lydenburg

The reason why the guy's go via Carolina is that they land on Freds farm and have a nice brekkie in the guest house and then carry on.

from there the scenery is awsome and you only kak yourself once when you go over the ridge and a huge drop into the lowveld.

Hi Ian,

Like Agent said, we mostly go that way because landing and breakfast at Fred's is a nice option, if not you can just fly direct as it is not that far ! If you need fuel Middelburg is a good option.
