Rhino park delivers another one

Postby Low Level » Tue Jun 03, 2008 8:44 pm

After many moons and much blood, sweat and tears, Big Mac went solo on Saturday at Rhino park. (^^) With a perfect circuit and brilliant landing we just saw =D* =D* s040 and he had to share his solo circuit with 4 gyros, another Thunderbird, a Rans and a Icarus , and an audience, ($$) and Rhino circuits are small.

At last now the little red book is in sight.

I tell you this guy was ecstatic. s040 s040

Hi Guys,

Sorry I am only posting now, have been away from my "photo server" for a few days, thanks for starting the post LDEL vhpy

Yes, Ernest was a very happy man, well done Ernest (^^)

Image

Here he is just after his first solo take-off !

Image

And just before touch down, a perfect circuit (^^)

Image

How is that for a happy face !

Image

The team, Cyril (Instructor), Ernest (Happy student) and Dave (Instructor) from Light Sport Aviation flying school.

We also had a second solo on the day, I did not get many photos or details but the instructor was also Dave, below is the Jabbi just before touchdown

I am sure we will be seeing lots of solo flights and new licenses from Rhino in the future, the school is busy and they have great instructors.

Fly safe,
Rudi

I were lucky enough to be one of the gyro's to share the circuit with Big Mac. Congratulations Big Mac, your solo looked perfect from start to finish. Hope the celebrations lasted a while.
