Microlighters

Just thinking about it and after reading Alex's thread "Something new for the microlight industry", I reckon that....... somebody should look into making ballistic chutes locally. Why do we always have to suck the hind t!t with exchange rates etc?
Hats off to the guys with the "Something new" venture . The pics of that there project tell me that the end product is gonna be very impressive!

But being typical South African, will we throw our support, unconditionally into this venture?

If the entrepeneur guestimates to launch his ballistics for say, fifteen grand, will 90 % of trikers and similar, or 200 of us give him a guarentee of an order? Thats 3 mill support to raise a loan/ investors.

Coz unless I see that support, I would'nt chuck my money or put my house on that kind of research and development.
