And thats not a bad thing at all, but as you have been the author of many topics, you get
a notification of any reply pr change to that topic, as well as any topics you have replied to.
You can disable the receipt of these notifications in your profile.
Problem is I keep on getting notifications even there have not been changes made to the postings. GOT 60 since last nighe 21H00

and if I check , no changse had been made.

Bennie - could it be the same message over and over?
It might be at your ISP that you have 20 mails stored and there is a big one that does not get through. The small ones get thru then it bombs on the big one. If you using POP3 this will continue to happen until the big one is in or you log onto your webmail to delete it.

Thanks, Ill check with e-remove. Just strange that it is only the microlighters notification and not the other e-mails I'm receiving as well.
