I need to do a change of ownership on a homebuilt I'm restoring but the registered owner has left the country and I cannot trace him. I get a different story every time I speak to CAA I've also sent Mary a PM but get no response. Can anyone advise what I need to do to get this reg on my name?

As far as I recall you do not have to have the old owner's signature on the change of ownership documents
