Must be tipical SA. Sitting in a differet country, doing research on what to buy when back, but do you think the agents respond, no ways, i dont think they want to do buisness, so unproffesional.A website also says allot on your product and level of proffesionalism.
Every e mail to the states i send, is a reply the following morning, seems like i going to spend my money there, any one wants to share a container?.I wont mension the bad guys, then it will make me as pathetic as they are, so far, John Waterson of Savannah deserves to have a successful buisness, thx for your promt replies

Sounds like things have changed in the last while....or maybe some of the guys are falling out of the market due to low volumes (?)

For what its worth, last year I made enquiries to just under 20 MPL/LSA product agents across SA in order to evaluate best-value fixed-wing (on paper anyway).

All came back to me. Some quicker than others. Within a month, I had all the info I needed. And then I.....

.......bought a 4-stroke trike :P

try jeff@jarlin.com. Jeff Sharman. he brought my Rv4 in. Can recommend him. Not the cheapest, but he did everything. Containers coming every 2-3 months. If you happy to put it together, deal with CAA etc he may negotiate a better rate.

Funny that most local guys have a small market segment i.e. SA, but they still don't make sure they keep it.

The international guys go the "un-differentiated segmentation" route, in other words, they want your business it does not matter who you are, where you stay and what you like.

That's why I like to buy international aircraft i.e. trikes, they just have so many more product sales and realy spend time on R&D issues to get the best possible design down.

Mainair Pegasus is a good example!

Hi Berdwag.

Please pm me, and I will be more than glad to offer you the most outstanding sales and aftersales service.

I will assist you with choice and training tips.

Depending on your budget, I will also help you locate a used trike, complete with a pre-purchase inspection.

If you approached the Air Creation Agents in SA, I can only ask that you and anyone else considering an Air Creation to please bear with us through this transition stage. The current SA agent is terminating his obligations, and I am going to team up with the recognized new agent, and we will be offering outstanding sales and aftersales and merchandising and specials and and and..... I know what service is... I have grown my career on it, and I give what I expect in return.....

Thankyou and regards.

David

Yip service is a problem - ALthough I have heard only good things of Solo Wings

I received great service from Big G (P & M agent) while flying a Mainair - Actually quite exceptional

I then sold my Mainair and bought an Airborne - They make good trikes, nobody will disagree but I have found their service/support to not be that great, not even answering my queries etc. (I am not referring to the local agent, but Airborne themselves)

I don't own an Air Creation but every single question I have sent their way they answered very quickly and professionally - Dave I look forward to you growing the brand in SA
