Personally I don't know how anyone gets any flying done in the UK.
I've been here for nearly 2 weeks and have not once seen a blue sky!!
I'll never complain about bad wx in Jhb again!
I was down in Manchester for a while visiting friends who live in the country. they said there was someone flying a microlight in the field behind them. Wanted to drop in and say Hi, but the wx is terrible... and I could not get out of the pub!!
Dropped in at P&M to collect some parts for Big G and the Riet boys (and of course one or two things for my new baby!) 8) 8) 8)
Roger and Jim are really great, didn't get to have a pint with them because they had work to do.. but it was lovely to see the GT450's being churned out!
I'm up in Edinburgh for now, there is a flying school about 20 mins down the road.
I had every intention of going along for a flip... but here's what the weather looks like today... and yesterday...... and probably tomorrow!!
Eish....
SA soon. Can't wait! vhpy vhpy vhpy
Safe flying
Cheers
