Help support lobbying SACAA - Please help

Postby Massimo » Tue Feb 26, 2008 9:09 am

Hi All,

I have been asked to post following attachements regarding the usual CAA ongoing issues. A team has decided to take legal action to hopefully get some resolution for ALL us folks.

Pls this is NOT another debate/discussion/blad blah blah thread. If you want to contribute to your loving sport then pls do so it will be greatly appreciated.

And thanks to the guys taking the time to put in the effort. Any question please contact Mervyn on 0832356402.

Cheers
Massimo

Ps, should this, and other related posts not be posted under the section on this topic ? Maybe move it..... bottom of the page, CAA, Aero Club and legislative issues.... where it was in the beginning?

Just a thought, to keep it all in the same place.

Ta.

Cheers.

I think this is a major positive step to resolving the 582 issue, as well as the accountibility issue of the organisation and persons who were supposed to take this up with the CAA.

I urge everyone who has an interest in this issue to deposit the equivalent of one tank of fuel into the account of

Daan Beukes Attorney
Standard Bank Menlyn
Sort Code 012345
Account Number 411358553

As reference put your name, and aircraft registration (ie GCoetzee DVE) - as explained in the above notes, they are taking this up, with costs, and will refund all money if costs is rewarded.

I have deposited more than the equivalent one tank of fuel into the account, and challenge you to do the same, and then make a post here to show your support.

although I don't have a 582 based aircraft and I am not a member of Misasa, I thoroughly believe in this initiative

I would however like to see the 503 included as well

I decided in light of the seriousness of this request to move it back to hangar talk and to make it a sticky.

Guys everything else is falling apart, Misasa have no answer for us, Let's put our weight behind this one.

For those of us sitting outside SA who wish to contribute to this most worthwile initiative, can someone please find out what the
SWIFT CODE is for Standard Bank as well as a
BRANCH CODE (if the Bank still uses this) and
STREET ADDRESS of the Bank Branch

These are required on my Banks' docs when I want to transfer Funds Telegraphically to SA.

Please post this info here on the thread.

Thanks.

Kind regards,

Gunter Rostek
