Ask Gaylord Fokker - he has a great yellow and pink one, but he knows the okes who made it.... he might have a contact there..

My 2c is that the best way to go is a biking jacket and pair of pants normaly made from very good material and they don't flap in the wind I bought a Lookwell jacket and I have never looked back and if you want most of the jacket one can take the padding out

I have an AIRWEAR suit and it is perfect. Probably don't get as much wind in a gyro as in a trike though but they do make thermal suits as well.

Underpants on the inside or outside your batsuit? 
I fly trikes & have an Airware Thermal. You will not ever get cold, but you will sweat after 1 or two pull starts. My thoughts, get something big ,thinner, lots of deep pockets & relatively airproof, you can always wear stuff underneath.
