There are lots of ways to kill a cat.

I have had lots of bussiness dealings in Moz before and was sceptical at first, I am now a converted sceptic and am promoting this. Everything is legal and above board. Timeshare is also a option. Developement will be exclusive and will generate income for investors.

All legal - 100 year lease, retained best spots for each to develop house and appointed manager to re-let stands cocering all overhead. A great deal.

Hi guys, just a few things. Firstly, this will not be cheap. I do not have figures as yet and there is still a lot of groundwork to be done.(nothing is quick in Moz if you are doing it the legal way) Secondly, It will be exclusive and Thirdly, there will be money to be made.
I have been working on this for more than two years now, I had basically given up on the idea when out of the blue I get a call this week from my lawyer saying that the project has been approved due to new legislation coming through.
Flight clearance you can easily do yourself. Trailoring your trike in is a bit more effort but I have done it plenty of times before. Call me for details if you ever need help.
Will keep those intersted informed.
PS
( If somebody tells you you can quickly do or buy something in Moz, he is lying or doesn't know what he is talking about)
