Looks a bit like MacCDL with a pod. There were pics of the one that pranged on here not so long ago. Try Heniie. He may have a pic or 2.

I started flying in one at Rino Park and it used to belong to Cyril Manser many moons ago. Very basic but a lot of fun to fly.
