CAA Requirements Catalogue

Postby kloot piloot » Wed Jan 16, 2008 9:10 pm

Fairly new as a registered user, though old watcher on Microlighters forum. I've been following a lot of discussions as to what requirements are needed when. A lot of times things are repeaten, forgotten and then re-surfaces in a years time. Sounds like my own way of remembering things.

A thought/suggestion:
1.What are the chances to have a page on this forum with standard checklists as to what is required in terms of documentation, renewals, AP's, Change of Ownership, Lisence Renewals, medicals etc. etc.
2.CAA contact numbers, AP numbers, CAA Inspector numbers, ets.
3. IQ4U numbers (a.p. Colette and others?) in your area etc.

I might be a bit of a techno-retard, but every year I find myself searching for the correct procedures.

How about some CAA web-links on the same page in order to download relevant documents and applications ?

Sounds like work, but hell, it will allow for less worrying and more dancing in the sky ! Might even pursuade the shy and lazy out there to become legal.

Thanks, my 2 bob worth !

It's all there in the Technical and Training forums. But I will look into creating a sticky on some of these.

Cool Morph and thanks.

As for ghostrider, your first assumption is possibly correct, but I missed the relevance of the last part of your comment ? Did I miss something ? Please enlighten.

Ghostrider seems indeed to do his name worthy. Still waiting to hear why I am a psychic or the relevance of his reply
