Yea typical Faux Pas.
Say one thing and mean another or in this case show one thing and mean another.
A classic from my youth.
The bishop invites the actress for tea.
He quickly finishes pruning his roses and manages to get a thorn in his finger. Pulls it out and sticks a plaster on it.
Actress arives for tea.
She asks "what is wrong with your finger"
He says "my prick is hurting"
Red faces all round.
Faux Pas.
