The ultimate Christmas Gift.

Postby Bennie Vorster » Wed Dec 26, 2007 1:53 pm

This is just a few ideas from the bottom of my hart to all those who lost a loved one or a fellow aviator during not only this last year but in their life times. Some times for the rest of us it is easy to recall those that passed away during the last year, but for those that shared their lives with them the big feeling of loss, longing and yearning to share their lives is an unbearable reality every year Christmas and holiday times while others is celebrating and looking forward to a nice time of relaxing and spending time with our loved ones and our families.

Long after someones passing away and the excepting their of, the emptiness inside does not fade away but some times just gets unbearable.

I think it is a reality that we not always realise, specially over this festive period but it is a fact.

This is a simple message to those who find it difficult to face these times.

Have you ever thought what the ultimate Christmas gift is that you can give some you dearly love................................................?

I think for those who lost their lives during this passed year Christ is giving them their first Christmas in heaven. What more can you wish to give some one so dear to you other than to spend Christmas in the company of Christ Him self while sitting at the right hand of God, celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ when he was send to earth to live between us.

Wahoo........... what piece we can find in the knowledge that they who He came to fetch is having the ultimate Christmas of their lives................. Their first Christmas in heaven.

Prayer..........Thank you Lord that some day it will be our turn to enjoy our first ultimate Christmas with you in heaven. Until then Lord please make the pain more bearable for us whose time have not yet come.

Thank you Lord
Amen
