I like Weather Pulse v2.0.5 - Take 1

Postby John Young » Wed Dec 26, 2007 7:48 am

Hi,

I like Weather Pulse v2.0.5

Reasonably small to download and some features (shown below) are;

o Hourly forecast
o Current conditions
o Weather image

10 day forecasts are also available.

http://www.snapfiles.com/get/weatherpulse.html

Two more photos in next post.

Take 2

Take 2

Weather pulse can be located on the task bar or desktop.

A mouse-over brings up a pop-up window with current conditions.

Hi,

Trouble with WeatherSA is that there apparently are an abundance of “junior forecasters”. :?

The take-off data shown for Durban today is predominantly 21015G25KT.

Me – “I thinks not”.

Eccellent.

Interesting to note many of the SA sites use weathersa.co.za as source but give more user friendly info

weather.24.com has current, 48 hour, 7 & 15 day forecasts. Wind speed, direction, fog or not, historic met for the area and LOTS of RSA towns to choose from. Also other goodies like sunrise/sumset, barometer reading etc.

www.accuweather.com is a site I often use. Once you get to your area then save the setting as a favourite. It has good hourly forecasts for about 4 days ahead.
