Reducing photo sizes

Does anyone know how to reduce large photos to enable them to be posted here? I am using Vista.

E.mail them back to you, should promp to make smaller.

Reducing photos

I use ACDSee program to open the picture and then save it. What I also do is to insert the picture in Powerpoint, and then save it as a .JPEG (not .ppt). It reduces itself.
