Reminder: MISASA AGM this Saturday
Posted: Wed Oct 10, 2007 4:44 pm
Hi there everyone, just a reminder that the AGM will be held at 3pm at Panorama Air Field (South of Johannesburg) this Saturday October the 13th.
Drinks and snacks will be provided for the meeting.
Since we intend changing the name, and thus representation, of the ascociation to the 'Microlight and Light Sport Aeroplane Association of South Africa' those of you who are looking down the LSA road should also attend.
Mike Blyth will provide an update on the new regulations that are coming out, adressing some of the big issues that have been aired in the last while.
The relevant documents are attached here.
Directions to Panorama:
From the N12 highway (in the deep south...) - take the Klip River road off ramp and head south.
Continue for approximately 7 to 8km to the intersection of Klip River and Swartkoppies road (R554). This intersection is characterised by a motor cross track on the SW side.
Cross the intersection and approximately 1.15 km after the intersection turn right into a tar road (brown sign marked Rand Water - Zwartkoppies) on left side of Klipriver road marks this turn off).
The turn off into Panorama is 100m from Klipriver Road on your left- a short dirt road leading to obvious hangars.
Proceed between the hangars to the south side of the grounds to find the clubhouse where the AGM will be held.
Drinks and snacks will be provided for the meeting.
