Help with registering a homebuild at CAA

I visited CAA to register a homebuilt project recently. The project is a KR2. I have the original plans and manuals purchased from Rand Robinson. The person at CAA informed me that I need to provide certificates of stress tests and G loads done on this aircraft. It is very strange that there are many registered KR2 flying in SA and 100's flying all over the world. Why do they insist on this information now. I do not have the time or the patience to run back and forth to CAA to register this project. I get the impression that if you know the right person things get done at CAA. Does anybody know someone who will be able to do this work on my behalf?
