Hi everyone,

It is Friday 14h00 - already unleaded petrol is difficult to obtain in Pretoria. I estimate that by tonight no petrol will be available at all.

So if you wanna fly this weekend, I suggest you go fill your cans right now!

There have been a number of posts on the subject. I can't recall the specifics but you can do a search on the subject.

I remember when SA switched over to the LRP and normal leaded was fased out, there were a spate of mysterious engine-outs and all sorts of fuel related problems. Granted, some of it was pure speculation but the circumstantial evidence was overwhelming.
