Where did you fly this week

This thread got lost somewhere.
Having read Henni's write-up of his trip to Rhino with the photo's I was reminded how great it is to read of other pilot's adventures.
I recon we must get this going again, so me first.
MOEDVILLE FLY-INN
This Saturday I teamed up with CharlieWhiskey for a cross country breakfast-run to Moedville, approx 70 miles West of Aviators Paradise.
We took off 07h00 and with a bump or 2 low level we opted to fly at 7000ft, approx 3000ft AGL.
We flew all along the Magalies over Majakaneng, Mooinooi, Buffelspoort, Rustenburg, crossed the mountain and kept heading west for Woedville. After crossing the mountain at Rustenburg we started on a slow decent for our landing at the private strip in Moedville owned by Theuns.
We landed and were welcomed by the Hudson and the Rustenburg Microlight-gang, nice bunch of guys.
Just after we landed Theuns, the owner touched down with his Magni Gyro and it was time to eat :D
Theuns and his wife treated us to a real "plaas ontbyt" with pap en sous, wors, bacon and baked beans - Damn good
Had a great flight back home once again at 7000ft - Sometimes it is nice to fly high
Great morning
