Weather terms
I logged onto weathersa.co.za to check the weather forecast, and I noticed that in forecasting wind they use terms such as 'moderate', 'fresh', and 'strong' instead of giving the actual wind speed. Does anyone have any idea how to translate these meteorological terms into actual wind speed?

Salem, on the Weathersa site at the top select National Weather and Forecasts
On that page look on the right hand side under National Weather for Reference and Educational Resources and under that select Forecast Terms Used
