To all the weather experts,

In your opinion, should we have flyable weather once again by this weekend?

Thanx Bennie - I know what I will be doing this weekend! Been a while since I've seen many microlight aeries in the Microland/Bapsfontein skies.

Been plenty of bliks flying around lately, especially the previous Saturday.

There is a group of flying out of Microland every Saturday morning early and most Sunday as well (especially afternoons). We are Ray, Massimo, Marius, Greg, Roy and Andre. Some other regular flyers are Henk, Cobra, Tjoek, Pieter (soon), Joe, Lionel, etc. Then there are some otehrs whom I do not know.
If you ever want to join us, them pm Massimo, DieselFan or myself.
If you have any exciting new destinations, then let us know. Bronkies dam is getting tiring....

Hi Agent,

Binnekort!

Groete,

Henni

LIGHT WESTERLY MY G@T I turned onto rwy 31 at Bara and started rolling. Next minute Im indicating 60 mph and on the GPS 12 mph  climbing like a homesick angel. Next minute indicated 45 mph and GPS about 30mph :? It was one of the more eventfull take off`s in my life :!: :!: proved that if the plane doesnt know the wind is howling all will be ok   landing was on par with the take-off  :) to me it felt like I was flapping the wings all the way down. Not a bad days flying but not relaxing for sure. Just goes to show you can never trust the weather buro
