Mounted my Rabbit, looks good. Mr Zulu has also sent you a magic box for your radio. Perhaps get it all on this weekend??
Mr Rusty from WV is the only other chap who loves his microlight so much that together we stood in the pouring rain doing some tlc Sunday.

Yes, this weekend. We will be flying to Buffelsfontein on Saturday for a breakfast flyin, maybe afterwards to our new place at Aurora. Then back. I have a very keen passenger if you can. Gerhard will be flying with me.

Looked like flying weather here at FASB but very cold weather station showed 2. Also could not get D to come and play so i'm sitting at work, Gert are you going to Carnavon! Have you booked a accom?

Gert can I land the Jab at Buffelsfontein, just worked out its a 3 hour flight will talk to D see if we can make a plan. Also have to check weather. What time are you expecting to be at BF.

Yes I think you could - the road serving as strip is more than 800m - but you could phone the owner buffelfontein.co.za to make sure the width that is cleared of bush is enough.
Am still considering the Carnavon weekend. I have the week free and it will be such a waste spending it doing all the odd jobs around the house which A has planned for me. If I can motivate someone to go with.

I'll contact buffelsfontein, will be good to see you and Graham, D seems willing just some family matters and weather. Carnavon will be great enoy it every year. Get to see old and new friends. Our breakfast at the wind pomp resturant - the best pomp op die dorp - is a must, have a pic of Jphan and wynand wind pomp an afrikaans singer, ask D about his music she loves it.

Mr Jannie.
All I can remember about Carnarvan that it was sooo cold, hide and seek when going for a pee!! Flew back at 8000ft with every bit of clothing I had on me and still had to land and defrost!!
