Kaalgat fly past or boerie rolls?

Following the events at Cato Ridge Airfield, I have moved over to Light Flight and have joined a super bunch of guys.

Now tradition has it that “newbies” can choose to either do a Kaalgat fly past or provide boerie rolls for the whole gang.

I opted for the Kaalgat fly past – but to a man they all demanded boerie rolls instead – thought that I was looking OK for my age.

At 7° C ambient with the associated wind chill at 90 kph, I don’t think anyone else could “make a noise” with their boerie roll :!: :!:

Hehehe – wise cracks

Builds awesome spirit.... Sounds like a nice bunch....
