Hello Alex

Do I understand this correctly, you are basically renting the log cabin for a 5 year term at R100,000-00.

R1666.66 x 60 months in your own bachelors flat. Suppose it include water and electricity. Not to shabby for a roof over your head in the big concrete jungle and you can fly every morning and every evening.!!!

Sounds cool, as I'm the type of guy who would love to stay in the bush!!

I just wish this was closer to my work....! How far is this from the East Rand area (Germiston)? How long will it take you to get there? What highway will you use?

About 15 minutes from N4 W to Witbank and 20 mins out of Pretoria.
From Germiston you could take back roads, via Bapsfontein, etc. Would prob take you no more than 1 hour.
