1150GS

Postby andreb » Tue Feb 13, 2007 9:03 pm

I have a 2 yr old 1150GS with 18,500km on the bike. Anyone have a engineless trike to fit the motor to?
Just kidding, I wouldn't strip the bike for a plane engine. i enjoy it too much, although I may be selling her soon. I just don't ide often enough.
I am a BMW fan, having owned about 5 cars in the past and currently have a bike and X3. Fantastically reliable, only problem I ever had was on the diesel turbo, oh, and a cow that ran in font of me.
I can;t comment on whether they would make good aircraqft motors, but I bet they would be better than VW.

Hi Jens,

I will email Arnulf for you.

He flies the 'big-birds' and might not be around for a couple of days.

Hallo Jens,

da hab ich ja wohl was verpaßt.

Arnulf

Hello Jens,

There I missed out on something. I was in the United States last week and only just got back. The right source of information is the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority)

I will find the right contact person for such opportunities.
