We have a piece of ground 15 ha on the crocodile river just North of Harties and east of Aviators Paradise. Co-Ords S 25deg 41.447min and
E 27deg 49.349min. Look on Google Earth for a nice pic of this.

We thought that it would be nice to develop a residential township there with a runway ( 600m) as a type of high security Fly-Inn Estate.

We do not no price of stands as yet. We wan't to test interest and then we will do the sums and talk to the local authorities

What do you think of this

Hi Splitter you must put up some photo's and a design plan as well as where the river lies.
What are the people byuing it must be shown.

And why the runway so short, do you not want larger a/c.

Flew over there today. AP has started on new hangars and i am told demand is very strong. Seems there will be a shortage even with all the new hangars. May have potential. As usual depends on price. I know some are hangaring at Brits living in Jhb/Pta.

See you don't really have space for a longer strip, but 1500m would be ideal. Even AP is just too short for anything with a load.
