Once in a lifetime opportunity to own a share in an air park

Postby FAWGie » Mon Jan 08, 2007 4:43 pm

It is with great excitement that we announce the Wings Park Project which is situated in East London. This will be the creation of a unique airfield with a 1140m grass runway and facilities to facilitate general avaition.

A group of local aviatiors has spearheaded the research and project to bring it to this point whereby there is a firm offer to purchase the required land in place as well as desing the layout and runways, etc...

The vision is to offer shares in this unique assett to all interrested parties on an even basis, whether your intention is to purchase shares to house your aircraft on a slice of "exclusive use" ground or simply because you want to own a piece of an airpark that will grow in assett value.

Please feel free to download the attachment that will provide some preliminary information - there is an open meeting to discuss this exciting opportunity at the Border Aviation Club in East London on the 13th January 2007 at 6h30pm for 7h00pm.....

This investment offer is open to our fellow aviators throughout South Africa.....

We will post more information on this opportunity before the 13th January....If you can't make the meeting, don't stress - we will put out the invitation to invest with further information in written form and post it on avcom too.....

There are significant plans for this air park down the line (by the way, the land is over 300 Hectares) which could include a 9 hole golf course, Quad track, paintball course, flea market, tea garden and many more exciting facilities....

This will be a once off opportunity to be a part owner of this entire estate.... Once we have a group if investors, the door closes...there are no agents involved and all investors will pay the same price per share (even the initial pioneers), so - if you snooze, you lose....

Want to find out more....follow the link.... http://www.avcom.co.za/phpBB2/viewtopic ... sc&start=0

The idea behind this is both 3-axis and microlights I take it?

As not all interrested parties are able to attend the discussion this coming Saturday, we have decided to post the presentation here as well.....

....Not being able to attend on saturday certainly does NOT preclude anyone from being part of this project, so if you are interrested, please download the apllication form and fax it to us....we want YOU involved with us in this project!!!

It is with great excitement that we can announce that we have sufficient investor numbers to now make this project a go from an investor perspective. All applicants have been gladly accepted and will receive personal correspondence shortly.....

To all investors, a big thank-you for believing in and backing this project and the common vision..... We have investors from East London, Durban, Gauteng and as far away as Dubai.....

To all those out there who are still thinking about investing, don't delay, you have till noon tomorrow and then the window of opportunity closes....

Ok, so now the rush is on..... :D

We have received 26 signed up investors already....which means that the price per investor has already come down to R88 038 per shareholder......
Image
The limit is pegged at 40 shareholders or by the window closing at 12 noon tomorrow......

....So there are only 14 investment slots still available and 22 hours left to make up your mind and get in at the ground floor !!!

An amazing 39 investors have committed themselves to this project......What an excellent response!!!

The window of investment opportunity is now closed and the process will continue as planned.....Congratulations to all those who are investing...

We will e-mail the group of investors the process that will be followed in due course......

Once the dust has settled, we will make a new posting on the "General" section about the airpark, the civils and developments as an active project in the interrest of other aviators doing a similar thing in their areas....

Please stencil in a tentative investors meeting for the Tuesday evening, 23rd January to meet and discuss the development process. We will advise on the venue and time as soon as it is finalised....(Those that can't make it, will be sent minutes and all documentation)

This idea should be taken to the rest of the country - what a great plan.
