Rudix, I am happy being a passenger..... I'd rather be a passenger than not flying at all.....

Hi All Microlighters - I finally took the plunge and register after frequenting this site for more than a year. Your comments and input over the period depicts a site and people that I can associate with any time. One day I will tell you about my flying experiences of over 30 years.
In the mean time, fly safe and enjoy the priviledge while you can.........some of us can now only dream and live on memories...

Hi Janho.
I fly a Savannah VG. from Munster on the South Coast. We were at Port Edward (A beautifull airfield) but had to relocate to Munster, because of the bloody affirmative shoping that we have to put up with.

Hi all! My name is Aldo, I'm italian but living in Cape Town. I have a SA PPL since 2007 but when I was in Italy ( I move for good last october) I flew with microlights and I owned a P92 Eaglet, that I sold before moving south. Yesterday I had the chance to fly with an autogyro from Morningstar, lovely place, and fantastic flight! I'm thinking to visit more often that nice airfield and starting to fly more microlights then AG, we will see!
I'm also one of the MOD of vfrflight.net one of the most, if not the most popular flying forum in Italy, like this one!
and I write articles for Volo Sportivo ( the italian magazine dedicated mostly to microlights), Volare (most famous italian aviation magazine like SA Flyer) and to finish VfrMagazine.net a web magazine
I hope to start to meet some of you and to find also here the same fantastic camerederie, friendship and fun of flying I left up north! Ciao Aldo
P.s. I forgot...I spent 20 years in the AirForce!
