Control height

Another post on here mentioned a lower control bar being better.

If it's anything like driving a car my hands are initially mid-high and then eventually holding low down as it's easier over long distances?

I looked at various models and found some control bars sitting 1-2 fists above the legs all the way to being in line with the chin!

What works best for

1. Long distance
2. Turbulence
3. Landing

Lastly what can be done do change the height? A pillow, but then pax doesn't have much of a view.

To be more specific  , what are the clip on bars called and are they generic in that I can use them on other brands due to the way they clamp? The raptor trikes have oval bars others round etc They clipon the control bar or the A frame like trainers?

Pics / links? I've tried googling "adjusting control bar height trike" but got more tricycle results  with quick release options
