Rudi around 07:30 but they will also be doing some practice runs on Friday, time I do not know, but they have imported a pilot and I can immagine him on finals for 11 for the first time and he sees that narrow runway with only 6 inches on either side of tar left that is if you landed on the centre, he will maybe say :" "
Ok lets hear from you guys what his response will be.

Rand tower B SP 747 finals for the Pad....
PS
Thunderboy
Piss to fly into Rand. From X winds route round FAKR, then 125.8. Suggest south towards N14 Barra G (can cut corner towards orlando power station, but there plenty space around N14 for emergency lob if that a concern) then on north of Solitude towrds Panorama. Report 118.7 at RD (water tower on hill just North East Panorama) for Rand. If lower than 6500' over panorama it Helicoper GF, so broadcast intentions on 124.4 - Panorama traffic. It busy early mornings Woer woers and ML's.) Use silver Ball as a guide. DO NOT ENTER INTO RAND AIRSPACE BEFORE YOU ARE CLEARED TO DO SO. I have orbited over RD for up to 5 mins if it is busy....
Once contact made they will ask standard stuff (Type, height (6300' is circuit alt), from where and persons on board. Say 2 crew else gotta pay pax tax...
Will get one of following
Right base 17
Right base 11
Left base 35
Left down 29.
Keep it tight and look out for helicopters (below 6000'). Stay at circuit alt till turn base. I will try to find a pic of the layout (google earth). If 29, don't go too wide or too far as you go into FAJS space and they get grumpy quickly....
Sounds like big deal, but it piss. Controllers are awesome and most accomodating. Pay visit to tower while there... Hope to see you there...
