How to read TAFS

Hello all,
thought I might put this in here for the new pilots who don't know how to read TAF's Terminal Aerodrome Forecast) obtained from http://aviation.weathersa.co.za
This is the predicted weather for CT for tommorow 18 to 24 hour forecast
