Not good news unfortunately. NEVER pay agents a deposit. There is a long history with this chap. He will get jail time if the okes bothered to open a case. Never pay deposits to agents. Especially bible punching, dubious history, no fixed street business address, no reputable referrals, doesn't fly or own and aircraft or own a hangar opportunists.
Can't understand how someone gives a 300k deposit to an agent but won't consider getting an attorney's advice for 2 grand doing a private sale. Issues of suspect registered owner- other partner or spouse unawares, log books etc.
