P-Prop going 3-D

Postby John Boucher » Wed May 24, 2017 4:45 pm

I received a courteous nudge from Pieter de Necker and kindly post a comment he made somewhere else on the forum...
Hi Chaps,

We have acquired the tools and equipment to do 3D scanning of virtually any object you may think of. Accuracy is 0.05 mm or less.
We scan any propeller for 100% re-production. Parts and pieces of aircraft i.e. wheel spats, instrument panels, wing tips, engine mounts etc.

A thousand and one scans can be done, at P-PROPELLER.

If you own a particular propeller that you loved but a section is broken... let us scan it and manufacture you an exact replica by reverse engineering methods.
We scan 3 blade propellers for manufacturing, or if you wish, you may purchase the scan file and take it to an engineering shop of your choice.
Any engine part you wish to replicate for re-production can be done.

Any design or object that you have made by hand or machine can be replicate for a 100%copy. Any controls or any parts or pieces of any aircraft can be scanned for replicating or manufacturing in wood, ali or metal.

So whatever you want replicated from small aircraft models for 3D printing to complete tail sections, wings, interior parts and pieces of aircraft - we can do it in house.

Please visit http://www.p-propeller.co.za for info on propellers
