Rotax 582 calendar timex

I am interested in a nice Bushbaby 500, but the Rotax 582 with 200 hrs is calendar timex, ie older than 8 years without a rebuild yet.
Is the 8 year rebuild requirement the only option or does "on condition" apply here. I want to register it for owner training.
I would like to factor any potential rebuild cost shocks into the offer i am about to make.
