Lovely Pici of Moi.. not my best side though :)
Thanks guys - back in the office today - yeah i know its hols and the weathers stunning... cant keep the source of new beans on hold 4ever either. Anyway be back in the saddle real soon.

But what I did do whilst in H was read Ricky's book cover to cover... man oh man, it was like reading out of the pages of my old history books- never gave it much thought before this, but now im know these boys rank amongst the greatest explorers of our time

- the account of this incredible journey had me spellbound, tugged at every emotion and had me chocking back tears more than once -...if anything it made me realise just what the human spirit can endure and overcome
Thank you Ricky, Alan & Martin and others like you for your inspiration
