Aeroclub Airweek Parys 2015

Hi everybody...

This event takes place from the 1-3 May and urge you to support it. The MISASA Committee will be there and the MISASA gazebo a must visit

We also have a demo slot in the arena on Saturday at around 10h00.

You can also take part in the spot landing competition.... or just go and fly around the vicinity of Parys and the Vaal River.

Nice pics.

Those who weren't there missed some interesting aerries and awesome displays.

Never seen gliders displaying their skill and capabilities before and the precision RV display was fantastic. Have watched the pylon racing before but I'm sure other seeing it for the first time must have been impressed.

This is probably is the essence of what the function was all about.

Pity there was no gyro representation and if the oke from Brakpan displayed his sequence the guys who flew from far and don't attend air shows could all have a new appreciation of their capabilities.

Been spoilt by participating in the casual but efficient African Cup landing competitions so to find the type of pedantic format offered was not worth while taking part.

Not wanting to sound like a paying customer not getting value for money but if the organisers are open to comments I'm sure it should attract more aviators in the future.
