Looking for a place to fly in/temp hangar near Jhb north

Hi all

Please can I have some input. I have a trike in a private hanger on a farm in the North West. While the hangar was being built the trike lived at Rosslyn micro flyers for a year and then the two following years I have flown it back there to have the annual inspection done. The two issues with that are one, space at Rosslyn and two, it takes me over an hour to drive there. I thought it would be worth asking you knowledgable fellows if you know of a closer airfield to me that might be able to spare hangar space for a calendar month.

I called Armand at eagle creek but he let me know that they have banned micro lights and gyros from there, due to their poor airmanship and inability to follow circuit procedures etc.

What about Ingwe. Is anybody a member there that might be able to provide me with some information?

My cell is oh7eight7697zero18, just in case.

Thanks for any help in advance.

Kind regards,

Brad

Thanks afterburn. I will keep that in mind. Is there no one from ingwe on here? I took a drive past there yesterday and it would be ideal to keep the trike there for a while.

I keep my Trike at Panorama. I know there is still spare hangar space. I am in Northcliff and get onto the N1 highway at Gordon rd which takes me just over 20 mins to get to Panorama (Get off N12 at Kliprivier and then straight down). From Jhb North I would not expect longer than 30 min travel. A nice group at Panorama as well.
