SOLO WINGS A NEW ERA BEGINS

Postby SOLO WINGS 1 » Wed Feb 04, 2015 5:36 pm

Solo Wings is back!! We will be known as Micro Crafts Africa cc trading as Solo Wings.

Well known microlighters Craig Couzens , Steve Roe , Anthony Weaver and his brother Rob Weaver have together bought the business.

Craig has for the past 6 years been the test pilot, AP, consultant and Accountable Manager for Micro Crafts Africa. Steve is one of the "ou manne" of South African microlighting. He has a vast knowledge of the Solo Wings products and has been involved with Rainbow aircraft and with the development of the Sling.
Anthony and Rob operate a highly successful crop spraying operation using specially adapted Aquilla trikes

We are in the process of locating new premises. We are hoping to keep the same telephone number. We will keep you posted.

As an opening special we are offering these 2 never to be repeated deals. Only the first 5 confirmed orders of each will get these special prices.

1. Send us your wing. It will be stripped and the frame thoroughly inspected. A new wing sail will be fitted ( subject to colour availability) The wing will be test flown and set up to perfection! All of this for R 17 500.00 including vat This is a saving of R7500.

2. A brand new Aquilla 1 or Aquilla 2 wing with wing bag. R 40 000.00 including vat. this is a huge saving of over R10 000.00.

Email craigcouzens@vodamail.co.za to secure 1 of these never to be seen prices again.

Or call Craig on 083 653 8094

To Craig and Co...

I wish you all the best and may you go from strength to strength. (^^)

You did a great job on DBP's wing after the unfortunate oopsie in 2012...Flew straight as an arrow from the moment we tensioned her up and rotated off the deck.... Still flies like a homesick angel....

Long may the Aquilla's grace our skies!

Good luck! :)

Thank you everyone for your well wishes. It would have been a great tragedy and loss to South African microlighting to have had the business close.
We are still operating out of the old premises in Pinetown until the end of February.

In the mean time orders are coming in for our opening specials. Do not miss out on this opportunity.

Will keep you updated on the new premises location and contact details.

Once again , thank you for all the good wishes. All of us are passionate about trike flying, and have many ideas on returning this most wonderful form of flying to its former glory. For many that don't know, Solo Wing has produced 1222 trikes. Our best years production was 99 trikes.
We have had a brilliant response to our opening special. There is only 1 new sail deal left at R17500 and only 2 brand new wing deals left at R 40 000.
Email craigcouzens@vodamail.co.za or phone Craig on 083 6538094 to secure yourself 1 of these specials.

Hi Craig, this is great news. Good luck. I will give you a buzz or maybe see you at Kitty Hawk. Now I can get my Aquilla airworthy again.

Congrats - it certainly will be pleasure for the Aquilla to regain the visibility that it should have.

MISASA stands committed to members and suppliers having unity of purpose and I look forward to receiving content for the magazine on the future vision that you have for the business.

All the best
