CONTENT MODERATED - no personal attacks and watch language please!

You want some advice:

1. If he's looking for an 582 Aquilla, tell him to be safe NOT to even consider anything under R80k. That's what they go for as a very minimum! And then it is a bargain as in effect they go for much more. The topless wing one for R120k should also be a good buy if he can afford.

2. If he wants a three axis, he should grab the Thunderbird for R65k NOW!

3. If he's short on cash and he can actually do something with his hands, there are always some Skyfoxes, MAC CDLs & Quicksilvers for sale ranging from R10k to R35k. Just do not call those "lucky packets", rather consider what you are paying for it, get it flying with some help & count yourself lucky to be able to share the air with others. I've been in this class many a time myself, so I know...

4. I have seen 503 trikes from time to time for as low as R35k over here. He should save up and rather move his feet when next one of these come up for sale. He should arrange now already for someone knowledgeable to go with him to inspect the trike as soon as the ad is placed. These go quickly, so normally no time to think too long about it.

Main thing to remember: If he sees something being advertised & it even looks like a bargain, he should have his act ready, get help, go inspect it & make up his mind in a very short time. Bargains can be had from time to time, but normally they are not available for too long.

Another thing, I've mostly fetched most of my three axis microlights myself from far. Once I fetched a Mizer in Saldanha, driving all the way from Pretoria. I even paid for it in full before driving down to secure the deal. I had lots of fun with that Mizer as a result of not dragging my feet. He should think about that now already as not all bargains are close by.

Hi Willem

Ek stem saam.

Sterkte, ek hoop jy vlieg sommer gou ....

As ek jou post so bietjie kan hi-jack, jammer ....

Hennie !

Waarvan praat julle nou eintlik ????

Dis waaroor almal so tekere gegaan het.

Witwillem,

Ag Pleez,

This is probably the first time on Microlighters that someone has even been confrontational let alone threatening.

It seems some okes just revel in drama to stay in the limelight.
