This is nothing special. UK Sterling 26000 = R345 000 PPL = R40k and even in SA you can pick up a very good C150/152 with 0 or low hrs for R300k.

Yeah in last months African Pilot they have a c150 for sale for R185K

PPL including a cessna 26,000 pounds
