Prices of hand held radios -- inctercomms

Hey all --
Quick question - when you micro lighters purchase a hand held air band radio - what are you paying for these units?
then what prices are you paying for the intercom chatterbox type products that are required over and above the radios?
What if there was a radio with all the functionality aswell as bluetooth built into the radio itself - would this interest any pilots?
