BushCat flying safari to Namibia

Postby Sideslip » Sun May 11, 2014 10:40 am

3 BushCat (Cheetah) aircraft left springs airfield yesterday for a once in a life time adventure. The pilots are mostly US nationals with limited flying experience in Africa (but we have a few locals keeping an eye on them).

As you can see from the map, the safari will cover the whole length of Namibia and the total distance of 2500 nautical miles. (The equivalent of the entire width of the USA).
