Finally - my new home

Postby Cloud Warrior » Thu Jul 06, 2006 6:52 am

Finally found a nest for my mistress. Nice farm about an hours drive from Perth. Two big hangars, camping spots, ablutions and great terrain to fly over! Two grass strips approximately 1300mtrs running 10-28 and 17-35. The coordinates for the airfield paddock are 31°52’ S 116°56’49” E. This will probably become the trike training centre for WA.

If anybody is in the area - what's the range of your GT450 Demon? - please pop in.

Fantastic now I can get my MPL done at last. I will pop in one day soon (maybe not so soon but I'll try my best). I just convinced my wife we shouldn't buy a good car because we are just going to ruin it with all the kangaroos on the roads. Now I can buy a trike much sooner.

Hi Agent and the rest of you.

Yes they are here and life is starting to come back to normal. The kids are in school and my wife has applied for a job. It is dry as hell but apart from that all is well in the Calitz house.

I need to fly soon though. The weather is great and I can only look at the sky. Not for long hopefully, I am planing to buy a trike soon. But I'll have to stop in at Cloud Worrior's new "hanger home" to get the MPL out of the way. BTW C W what is the requirements over here?. I have 13hrs dual and was on the brink of going solo when I left sunny SA.

Hi Cali

Basically the same as us. You need endorsements to your basic liksens to use a radio, fly cross country and carry passengers though.

What's your number - we must get in touch!

Cheers

Sebastian
