Video - going solo

Postby Duck Rogers » Wed Jun 28, 2006 7:49 pm

Just for the fun of it, here's a short video of the day I went solo. I've edited it a little bit in order to get the file smaller and also cut out the boring bits like flight in the circuit and removed the soundtrack.

This was back in 2000. The plane is a Skyfox fixed wing microlight.

The file is here at this link: http://web.eject.co.za/seffriken/solo/duck_solo.wmv (right click and "save as" to download it to your pc...it's faster. File size 1.7 Meg)

Nice to have that on video.

I owned one of those, I hated it. The dash was too far away, you couldn't change the QNH when strapped in, I couldn't trim it for hands off flying dual, it hated,as did I, turbulance. It flew like a brick.

Sorry, duck,

I was away this last weekend.

Thabazimbi, sure anytime, but this time I'll do it by road
