Aeroclub contact details please?

I'm trying to sort out a Fundi issue but can't get hold of anybody at Aeroclub

Are they open yet?

If so anybody please have a contact number besides the one on their website that just keep ringing (011 082 1100)?

You can call Thelma or myself to resolve Fundi issues. We welcome this as then we resolve other issues such as incorrect information etc.

Perhaps you can find out if the Fundi developer can add an enhancement so you can select EAA National &/ Chapter membership

Currently it only allows you to pay for both (R400)

I think that is how EAA wanted it... you obviously have Paul Lastrucci's contact details and would then suggest your request be directed at him?

Whilst I'm posting this... some mebers have received an error 6 code when doing the credit transaction. If this happens, please don't try and resubmit payment. Rather check if the transaction went through on your banking statement and advise us asap. Otherwise we sit with multiple transactions to resolve for a single member.... no fault of yours though

If you paid at RAASA, then what happens is that that money then gets given to the lady at Aeroclub. This then has to be deposited into the Aeroclub account and a credit card transaction then ties it up with the Fundi system. I'll drop Nicole an e-mail to cross check what she has received from RAASA.

As for membership certificates, the system is supposed to automatically batch out the certificates to e-mail addresses. Thelma has been hard at work to once again correct information that has either been lost or plain wiped out... We have picked up a couple of duplicate transactions as I mentioned earlier and also addressing those... Members that have not received theirs just drop Thelma an e-mail requesting it and include your postal address and cellphone number. She then uses this not only to provide you with it, but also to check that your information is concise. It remains a hands-on process and members we have been in contact appreciate the interaction.

So, as we have in the past asked - send an e-mail to Thelma on admin@misas.org and your query receives appropriate attention but to try and me ain't gonna work so lekker...

Oh, as for Anthony's problem, even though not a MISASA issue, I immediately escalated tot he correct persons to attend to...

I did my payment on the Fundi system, but did not acquire my membership certificate.

Called 011 082 1100 the next morning, got an answer straight away, and received my certificate via e-mail from Nicole Conolly within minutes!
