Hi Guys

Does anyone on here stay in Ellisras? Or know the farms around there? I want to buy a trailer from a lady there but her brother in law is selling it from the cape and the pirice is just very very good. I will happily drive through there but they are only at home Tuesday. The guys wants a deposit which I will go and pay to an account tomorrow but I just wanted to find out if there is in fact a farm by a specific name there.

Can anyone help? The farm is called schaatwplaatz steenbokpan.

Do you have the right spelling for the farm name? There is a Schaapplaas just south of Ellisras. I cant see any farms with a similar name near Steenbokpan.

Like Stan said, don’t know off that farm at Steenbokpan.
I rented n piece of Schaapplaas just south of Ellisras, a few years ago,(Know the owner)

Hi Guys

Thank you for the replies!! We are in fact going there tomorrow. The story is that the owner died a while ago and his wife, lady M Odendaal, moved there. Her brother in law advertised the trailer and he stays in CPT!. so to cut a ling story short I got some good advice from mr Goose there, or his farther in law, and founf that it has to be Schaapplaas. The owner is meeting us there and bank transfers will be made etc. if all is as it seems.

The sad bit is this, the trailer will be for my unle, an MS sufferer. It has been his dream to own a camping trailer all his life so when he finally go to an age where he could afford it the monies went to medicine. So this trailer is at a very afordable price at a time when he has just enough money available. So if it turns out to be a hoax, although we will not loose any money it will break his heart. Not looking for sympathy just trying to say that I hope that too good to be true turns out lekker just this once....... hou duin vas manne.
