MISASA NEWSLETTER & SPAM

Good afternoon everybody

This is an urgent appeal to all members to please check their SPAM folder (especially those members with GMAIL addresses) The MISASA newsletter was sent out and I was bombed with SPAM returns from various e-mail servers. It is almost a full time job managing returned e-mails and resending them from a different smtp. This also hampers the process when you ask for a membership certificate and it goes and lies in your SPAM Folder.... ##

Kindly add the following trusted addresses into the message rules and filters section:

comms@misasa.org
admin@misasa.org
pro@misasa.org

The October Edition of The Apron is in your mailbox! vhpy

For those who did not get it (and this list grows...) - I say this:
There are those whose mailboxes are full
There are those who just haven't taken the trouble to let me know what your new e-mail address is after changing it.
Your e-Mail / ISP has decided to blacklist my IP address
Oh, then there are those that don't know what their e-mail address are...

But do not fret... I have attached it here for you to read :-)

Lastly there are those that think I awarded the title and task of distributing MISASA correspondence to myself and all by my lonesome - they choose not to receive anything!!

That being said - The seriously thick Microflight Africa coffee table edition is almost complete and ready to go to the printers.... I hope then, the postal address you provided us on the Fundi system is correct

Here it is everyone...

The MISASA Newsletter for January and a bit of February 2014...

I will be sending out a bulk e-mail to members but have decided to rather link the newsletter to a dropbox folder as not everyone wants to read our hard work ;-)

Enjoy the read....

Last page had me in stitches and giggles
The problems mainly arsing from member input or lack thereof
Sorry ain't putting my member anywhere near there so 'I' must be one of the lacking. A definite case of I can make a difference

That is so true, but we respect the decision and especially for Alan's candour for having to prioritize certain matters... however, his proposed successor is well respected and his inputs on the forum held in high regard :-)

I suppose "watch this space" is in order (^^)

Thank you Noel but there is no "I" in "team" as they say. Misasa's Committee is strong and I have no doubt it will continue to deliver. They have my full support. (^^)

A change in the weather is a good thing sometimes. :)
