AVDEX.CO.ZA - I have a subscription

I have a subscription to avdev.co.za -- for those who do now know what this is, it's a registry of all registered planes in South Africa, and with the subscription you are able to find out who owns what plane based on its reg, and the owners contact details.

My subscription lapses at the end of the month, so if you are looking for someone's details or a plane, let me know I will help out.

Also guys, just remember that aircraft owner information is public knoweledge. You cannot get the contact details of an aircraft owner online without registering for Silver/Gold membership of Avdex which is a "pay for use" service...Free membership will only give you the type of aircraft and the owners name....and possibly a photo.

However....the CAA is a different matter, and a phone call to them (during working hours) will get you the owners name and tel phone number.

This is correct Byndy, the difference between silver and gold is that gold will give you the financial mortgage if any on the aircraft.

A bit imposing if you ask me, but that is how it is I guess.
